New Delhi [India], Jan. 11 (ANI): Turns out, it is not just Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is going to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF)'s 48th Annual Meeting in Davos later this month. Shah Rukh Khan will be there too.

The Bollywood superstar is all set to be awarded at the 24th Annual Crystal Awards for showing an exemplary commitment to uphold human dignity through his non-profit Meer Foundation.

Meer Foundation provides support to female victims of acid attacks and major burn injuries through medical treatment, legal aid, vocational training, rehabilitation and livelihood support.

He has also been responsible for the creation of specialised children's hospital wards and has supported childcare centres with free boarding for children undergoing cancer treatment.
